Error 0x80004005

Hello All,

I am trying to update Windows XP machine. Each time, I try
updating, it fails. When I looked into the Update.log file
it shows the following messages:

Install couldn't get item -------- Download path (Error
0x80004005: Unspecified error)

Can anyone help me out with this?

P.S: It is not behind a firewall or router. Active X
controls have been enabled.
