AFAIK, All Win9X will continue to receive Critical Updates through the
Win Update process for some time, as described below.
All non-critical support is by Fee per Incident.

Windows 98 and Windows ME are now being serviced under our Paid Incident
Support model.

We have a Lifecycle website that explains how support currently works
for Windows 98/ME. The following link will take you to the Windows
Lifecycle and you can read the current support model for Windows 98/ME.
