The error code 0x80072EFF is *usually* associated with an issue with
Windows Script. Try downloading and installing a new copy :
Windows Script 5.6 for Windows 2000 and XP

Temporarily disable your antivirus program prior to installing it.
Reenable it after the installation is finished.
