I see that this sasser worm is spreading fast... what to do?

I have my NAV up to date as of today (5/2) and I believe it now
protects against all current versions of this worm...

I read one place that the KB835732 patch fixes the sasser
vulnerability.

However, I have NOT yet installed that KB835732 patch because I have
seen so many scary posts about this patch...

Question: What should I do right now? Am I safe the with the NAV
protection but not the patch?

Thanks, in advance, for your advice!

R.
