Although I can successfully download this patch it never installs properly. It starts off well enough and then gallops to 100% installed before flashing up an error message that the installation had failed and I should close all programmes and re-start set-up. This never works. I have looked on the technical help site and am bamboozled by entries telling me to do things with registry files. I am a fairly confident user but not a techie. Any ideas? I am using Windows ME, if this helps!
