Bob,
Please post the operating system and last 20 lines of the Windows Update.log
file.
To view the file:
Copy and paste "%windir%\windows update.log" (w/o the quotes)
into the Internet Explorer address bar and hit Enter.
Scroll down to the current date and look for the error being reported.
Please post the last 20 lines from the Windows Update.log file
Did you verify the OkiData printer driver and Netops does not apply?
