res://mshp.dll/index.html#22776. This is a sales page for all kinds of
stuff. Then it changes the default home page to this and every time I
restart then it goes to this new page. Tried deleteing Temporary files in
Tools option but happens again. Need a real solution to this crap made by
Billy and Co.

If by "Billy and CO." you mean Bill Gates, it is not his fault that you have
your security settings set so low that "Browser Helper Objects" (BHO'S) can
load without you giving your express permission, and that you allow ad-ware
to be installed also without your permission.
The first thing you need to do is run a good virus scan. Please tell me you
are running a decent virus protection system. You can also do one one line
in a number of places. http://www.pandasoftware.com/activescan/ is one such
place.
After you are sure you have no viruses, run ad-aware at spybot at the
minumum, and rid your system of "targeted advertising" programs. SpyBot
here: http://security.kolla.de/
Ad-aware here: http://www.lavasoftusa.com/support/download/
Once you have things all cleaned out, there are some settings you will need
to change to keep them out.
Close all instances of IE and OE
Control Panel | Internet Options
Click on the "Security" tab
Highlight the "Internet" icon, click "Custom Level"
1) "Download signed ActiveX scripts" = Prompt
2) "Download unsigned ActiveX scripts = Disable
3) "Initialize and script ActiveX not marked as safe" = Disable
4) "Installation of Desktop items" = Prompt
5) "Launching programs and files in a IFRAME" = Prompt
Click on the "Content" tab
Click the "Publishers" button
Highlight and click "Remove" any unknowns, click Ok
Click on the "Advanced" tab
Uncheck: "Install on demand (other)", click Apply\Ok
Prevent your "HomePage" setting from being Hijacked

Lastly, might I suggest you use a real newgroup reader like outlook express
instead of the Microsoft CDO browser?
Assuming that you have Outlook Express
configured for its defaults you could try using it by clicking
on this link and then doing just a bit of personalizing:

Good luck.
