Security Update for Microsoft Data Access Components (KB832483)

I followed the advice found here:
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=837188

No luck (although the article wasn't to do with my
problem I think).

I've tried microsoft email support and only got a half-
hearted effort before they wanted my credit card.

Here is what my dahotfix.log tells me when trying to
update:
