I have never updated my computer and have had it for over
one year. It's an XP.
Got to screen to click on Scan For Update and nothing
happens. Within 3 secs. another screen comes up telling
me "Window Update site has not finished loading, to
continue, click okay. To promp W/U to reload site,
Cancel."
I have clicked every 3 secs. on okay to give it a chance
to load for as long as 5 minutes.
Suggestions for a computer illiterate. Donna
