Problem Description: After having trouble with what turned
out to be a corrupted browseui.dll file & having
uninstalled SP4 & then reinstalled it, I now get an error
message when I try to access the Windows Update web page.
The error message says:

Windows Update has encountered an error and cannot display
the requested page. The Windows Update servers are
temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.

I looked in online support & saw some similar errors that
after trying them, were of no help.
Problem Area: Problem Accessing the Windows update website
Frequency of problem: Always Happens
Operating system / version: Windows 2000
