Insert Windows Patches Into Windows XP Cd-Rom

I Have windows 2000 Pro Installed on my Pc, I have to Upgrade it to XP.
I have Windows XP-SP1 Cd_rom, but I 'd like to Automate new windows update patches installing.
When I update my pc, it take 40 min, but when i go to Window Update to Install patches, it takes 3 hours.
I' have to do it for 200 hundred computers(my god)!!!
can I insert them into Cd-rom(or Sp1) by the way to install them (automatically) when I Upgrade my O.S.???
I saw something about in http://www.nu2.nu/pebuilder but I think it's not good Idea.
I hope someone help me.
