2 weeks ago XP decided not allow me any updates.
Administator only. I tried a new accounts which say I am
an admin. as did my old account. So far abosolutely no
luck. Most people who suggested things to me referenced
the windows troubleshoot page and none worked either.

Seems many of us have this problem but no solution.

I hope one of us finds something other than a complete new
install.
