WORDS HAS TO START IN SAFE MODE AND ERROR REPORTING

EVER SINCE I DOWNLOADED THE WXP-SP1 I KEEP HAVING AN
ERROR MESSAGE WHEN IN WORDS..AND HAVE TO START ON SAFE
MODE..WHAT IS THIS??WAS IT AN ILLEGAL WEBSITE? ALSO
CANNOT USE YR "CONTACT US" SITE BECAUSE WORDS ARE SO
BIG,THAT I CANNOT READ TO CHOOSE ANYTHING!!!
PLS HELP!!!
