Congratulations, you figured it out!

You replied to sarah's post so I assume you might have looked for your
reply under it. Now you have replied to your reply which proves that you
expanded the thread and found it, e.g., either by clicking on the [+]
beside sarah's post or by clicking on the Expand all button (at the top
of the page).

It's pointless replying to questions like sarah's because unless
she does what you did or unless someone takes pity on her and
sends her a private E-mail she won't be any more aware of replies
to her question than she was to all the other threads she didn't understand
she could have expanded.
