Media Player Update KB828026

Iīve downloaded and installed this critical update
(KB828026) several times "successfully", but still get
the message, that it needs to be downloaded (from
automatic updates) and itīs also showing on the MS
updates site again and again......
Can anyone help or guess, whatīs going on?
