I've tried all these fixed at least 5 times each. Read the
instructions throughly multipe times and they do not work
for me. I am having the exact same problem as Ron, first I
get the message:
Do you want to install and
run "http:v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/CAB/x86/unicode/iu
ctl.CAB?38031.6991203704"?
The publisher cannot be determined due to the problems
below:
The Trust Provider is unknown or not configured properly.
So then I select "YES" and that's when I'm taken to the
screen that says that I have to be logged in as
administrator. Which I am.
I am using Windows XP PRO SP1
and
IE Version 6.02800.1106.xpsp1.020828-1920
Anyone have any ideas?
