Kari,

Thanks for your suggestion. I did try manually installing
the update script. The results were the same. The scan
process just fails to start.

I'm beginning to think this is not a problem with the
software. As mentioned, when I uninstalled it and
revisited the site, I was prompted to install it again.
The script just fails to run, and the site must initiate
this process. I don't think it is doing it.

Looking through some of the recent messages, I'm not the
only one having problems. Maybe this is a Microsoft issue.
