Update told me some time ago (November?) that I needed to install 327045. I can't find any reference to it on the MS website. What happened to it?

I didn't install it. (I always wait a while with updates, since I've had some problems when updates turn out bad; I've never had problems with a virus though).

Now Update doesn't show me that I need 327045.

Can anybody tell me what's going on? My system is XP Home.
