Today I updated my XP service pack and it downloaded
completely. While installing my computer froze and after
a restart the dialog boxes were gone. I searched the
update history, and it continues to say "in
progress"...that is unchanged for hours. How do I access
the info to open/install/WHATEVER the service pack?...Oh,
and it's not listed in my add/remove programs.
Thanks
Paula
