Hi,
The laserjet 1006 is not supported under TS. You should remove its drivers from your server.
The laserjet 1022 is supported, but you need to use the laserjet 6L driver using the ntprintsubs.inf mapping file you have configured.
Please see this document:
HP printers supported in Citrix XenApp Server environments
http://h20195.www2.hp.com/v2/GetPDF.aspx/4AA0-8465ENW.pdf
In the future you should avoid using any printer that is host-based, even if it is supported by the manufacturer for use with TS. Look at the specs of each printer to see if it has native support for PCL or PostScript as well as available WHQL-certified drivers.
Another alternative is to purchase a third-party TS universal printer driver solution, however, if you only have a small number of printers it may not make sense from a cost perspective. A UPD would allow you to use almost any printer without driver problems.
Thanks.

Hi all,.
We have several users who complaint about the terminal printing and
they have printers such as hp laserjet 1006 and hp laserjet 1022. We
have windows 2003 terminal server. I did manually map the drive in
the NTPrintSubs.inf . Also, when they print from the word, it
crashes. So frustrated.
Can anyone suggest any workroud?
Thank you.
