Terminal Server 2003 and User Cals not working

Hi All,
Apologies for repeating anything already discussed but I am aproaching
desperation and am quite angered by TS licensing in general.
I have a win2003 machine standalone not DC, installed with terminal
server and activated license server with grace period about to run
out.
My objective is to move an eopen license from one existing 2003
machine a DC to this new one (old machine has a pack of 10 plus a pack
of 5)
I want to move the pack of 10 (as in remove) off the old server and
retain the 5.
Then install the 10 pack on the new server.
Problem 1: wile fooling around and practicing on the new server I have
managed to add an eopen agreement license with bogus numbers - as
ridicolous as it sounds I added one agreement with number 12 and
license number 12 and clicked next. Behold it was ok and accepted it.
Now I have a 10 Per user license CAL pack showing on the new server.
Does this mean its fine and will work? What do I do?
Problem 2: another server not related to the above two, this time
2003R2 member of a win2000 domain. 2003R2 is a license server and a
terminal server - it was installed in january 17 and its now 3rd June
( over 120 days) or 4 months.
in CMD i run lsreport and its shows nothing. Tried lsreport /T. Tried
tsctsd and it said client does not have a license.
What am I doing wrong and how do I fix it?
Thanks in advance,
Rob
