The first error message usually implies what it says - it looks like there is
something in the session that is preventing / blocking log-off, maybe some
application. So when you attempt to log back in, the service that managed
remote connections is busy and gives the error.
In order to install the right IHV printer drivers, you need to look up the
printer manufacturer's driver store to find the exact matching version
printer drivers and install them manually on your W2K3 terminal server. Once
you have the exact same matching version printer drivers on the TS, they will
be used to install the printers in the remote sessions before the inbox
fallback printer driver is used, because as the name says it is a "fallback"
printer driver only in cases where the matching real printer driver is not
found on the server.

Hi!.
I have a computer with windows xp prof sp2 that i am accessing remotely
through remote desktop connection from my computer but wheneveri log off from
remote session and try to login again it says
"Error connecting to existing session for Administrator (id 0). The
requested operation cannot be completed because the terminal connection is
currently busy processing a connect, disconnect, reset, or delete operation".
Then i have to try again and it works. This is happening everytime even it
is logged off.
Secondly, my windows 2003 terminal server installs Fall Back Printers when
somebody connects with printers that are not included in windows. How can i
install these drivers permanently in Terminal Server so that i installs the
correct driver and not fall back.
Thanks!
