Hi Olsen,

The user's session is being disconnected for some reason. The delay they are seeing is the client figuring out it has been disconnected, and then reconnecting to the session.

Often this caused by a router that has a time out set, or by a temporary network problem.

You should enable TS Keep Alives on your server using Group Policy. Also change the router settings and/or correct any network issues.
