New TSFarm, logon delays

Hi

I have just built a new TSFarm with NLB and ma having major issues with
logging on and delays. Firstly, I switch on the server and and it powers up
and boots up fine. No errors.

I log in fine with my account, it logs me in great, no problems. I log out,
again swift and no issues. Ten minutes later, I log in again with the same
account and it takes literally minutes to process my logon. It first goes
slow on loading personal settings, flies through applying personal settings,
then everything on the desktop runs really slowly, from login script
execution to running desktop apps, almost as if all resources are taken up. I
check task manager and memory is low nd CPU utilisation is very small. I log
off, and then it takes an age to 'save my settings as well'. As soon as it
has done this once, then the profile continously has problems. I must stress
that this is a NEW profile and I am the only user at present testing the farm.

I check event viewer and it reports errors about printer drivers and thats
it. I have enabled userenv logging to see if this helps, but to be honest I'm
lost with it. They both look really really similar.

This is the log when I simply boot up the server:

http://www.savefile.com/files/1999570 - [bootup.log - 275kb]

This is the log file from a standard login which performs as expected:

http://www.savefile.com/files/1999571 - [fast logon-off.log - 400kb]

This is the log file from a slow login which we are having issues with

http://www.savefile.com/files/1999572 - [slow logon-off.log - 284kb]

I appreciate this is a really monotonous task, and the log files are almost
identical, but I'd be eternally grateful if a more experienced eye could cast
a quick glance over this and see if anything stands out as odd????

Many thanks
.
