Group policy on a shared folder

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

Hi,
Running AD of Server 2003.
I need to publish a shared folder to remote users using 3rd part
application. That folder can reside on the TS box itself or on a networl
share. My major concern is that I need to lock on users everything else,
i.e. drives or other shares on the network.
I used GP on domain level and managed to lock everything. That "everything"
however, went further and locked even the shared folder itself (the shared
folder was placed on the TS box).

Any thought are highly appreciated.

Thanks
Yba
