Have you run an rsop to make sure it is being applied? The server may have to be bounced for the GPO to take affect.

Looks like this may only apply under all circumstances...
I currently have the TS profile location in each user account. For example:
\\userfiles\profiles\arnoldh (profiles is a share on the server)
I don't currently have anything in the default domain GPO for the "Set Path for Roaming Profiles" key.
I created a new OU (New Citrix Farm), created a new GPO (Citrix2008) and applied it to the new OU. I then added the path
\\userfiles\NewProfiles
to the "Set Path for Roaming Profiles" key in the Citrix2008 GPO. This is the only setting changed.
I have been unable to get it top work. The new roaming profile path is ignored. I've tried:
1) Leaving the original path in the user's account
2) Deleting the original path in the user's account
Am I overlooking something? I haven't enabled "Block Inheritance:....
