This may be a problem with easy print and it sure looks that way. I would test the Lexmark driver and then use that. I would also log a problem with Microsoft.

My setup is as follows.
Windows 2003 R2 - 32 Bit - Domain Controller
Windows 2008 -64 Bit - Terminal Server
Our users are accessing the terminal servers from various locations across the world and they used to print the documents through their local printers. All users have they are own choice of printers.
Everything seems to be working fine except for one user. He has a laptop connected with Lexmark C532 PS3 Network printer. If he use this printer to print locally it is working fine. He is able to print a excel document from local hard drive it is working fine, but if he try to print the same document from Terminal service session through redirected printer (easy print driver) it prints with junk characters and some time blank page. I suspect I need to install the printer driver on the terminal server.
How do I fix this problem for this particular user?
Please advice
Thanks
Prakash
