Which OS is your Terminal Server running?
And your DC?
What happens when you try to install software? Do you get an error
message? If so, what is the *exact* text?
Are there any warnings or errors in the EventLog on the TS?
Is the Domain Administrator account member of the local
Administrators group on the TS?
