what sort of backgrounds are being used for these users? Are they local to
the TS boxes or remote?

Has anyone seen the cursor jumping around while in a TS session? Some of
my users have reported this state that's it's making it difficult to type
in docs and emails. Any specific cause and better yet a fix for this?
