Probably a bad print driver. Did you test this before putting into
production? My guess would be you need to redirect to a known good print
driver: http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=239088

I have a user with a Dell 922 AIO printer connected to his XP Pro laptop
via USB cable.
I have installed the printer on the TS (Win2k), but when he prints over a
TS connection, I get the progress bar, but nothing prints out.
I get the following in the event viewer on the TS:
The document Test Page owned by charlie failed to print on printer Dell
922. Data type: LEMF. Size of the spool file in bytes: 614819. Number of
bytes printed: 614819. Total number of pages in the document: 1. Number of
pages printed: 0. Client machine: \\Win2kremote. Win32 error code returned
by the print processor: 183.
When trying to print a test page, nothing comes out & I get this message:
Document 2, Test Page owned by Administrator was printed on Dell
922/CHARLIE/Session 26 via port TS001. Size in bytes: 44896; pages
printed: 1
Any suggestions?
