TS noob needs license advice to get started

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Need to get this started. What licensing do I need? I have the OS, Server
2003 STD, ready to go on a VM host. I need to host five sessions who want to
use our third-party apps and MS Office 2003, which I do have open license
for.

I assume I need some sort of terminal service server license and five CAL's?
Or does the Server OS, which came with five server CALs, cover part or all
of this?

If someone knows the software skus from Microsoft or CDW please advise.
