Disk drives are not redirected TS 2008

RemoteApp is working but Disk drives are not redirected, for example when i work on MS word which is published to the internet as a remote app i cant save the word document on my laptop,

Check box for drives mapping is checked !!

The goal is to get this working so home users can run the app when connected to the internet and save the work to their local H.Ds

Any help? or troubleshooting steps?
