Remove Licence Pack

Hi.

We have a Windows 2003 Terminal Server running with two licence packs: a
Windows 2000 built-in per device pack and a Windows 2003 retail per user
pack. Our TS Clients connect from Mac OS X running the Microsoft RDP Client.
All licences are taken from the Windows 2000 built-in per device pack.

We found out that the Windows 2000 built-in is not supposed to be installed
and we rather use the Windows 2003 retail licences. However, we didn't find a
way to remove this licences.

Is there a way to remove a group of Terminal Server licences?

Thanks
.
