Thanks for your post.
Do you try to log onto the TS server locally or via RDP?
If you log onto the TS server via RDP, please check the Profile path
attributes both in Profile tab and Terminal Services Profile tab of the
user account.
To further investigation of the issue, please help to collect the following
information:
1. On the new Terminal server, run "regedit" to open registry editor. Check
the following key and values:
- KEY: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows
NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList\<SID of the user account that encounters this
issue>
Value: CentralProfile & ProfileImagePath
2. Check the event log to verify whether there is any related error or
warning events.
