I'm not 100% sure, but I don't think that this is a feature of 2008
TS.

Apart from Citrix, you can also get it through this 3rd party
product:

Is it possible with terminal server 2008 to give each session a
unique IP address?

I know in the past, people have accomplished this with Citrix.
I was hoping it was an added feature in 2008.
