Hi,
Can you get a list of apps in the System Tray, try disabling one after the other to locate the app which is causing that error?
Also, are there any logs in the event viewer which indicate which app on the SysTray could be possibly causing this crash?

Thanks,
Priya.

I am experiencing a strange occurrence on a 2003 x64 terminal server.
Whenever users create a new session, they always receive an error
message about a systray.exe application error. The message line is:
"The exception unknown software exception (xc0000005)occurred in the
application at location 0x00411a60.
I can't seem to find much info on this error. It doesn't appear to be
causing any problems, but it is a bit of a nuissance to our users. Any
ideas?
