The command for remote control is shadow.exe. To use it, you do need to
know the id/name of the session to be remote-controlled.

The most long time I wait for, is 1 day. On next day, I have to reboot
the machine. Sometime, "tsadmin" need 30 min to show user list. After
users list shown, I try to open another "tsadmin", the users list will
not show immed, I have to wait again.

Because, command "quser/qwinsta" are new seach form internet, I will
going to try command quser/qwinsta when "tsadmin" command have problems
next time ...

New question:
Since, "tsadmin" have remote control user's session function. Is there
any command also can remote control terminal services user's session ?

Thanks.

it looks like tsadmin gets stuck in trying to connect to the machine.
How long have you waited for tsadmin to connect to the machine?
when you use quser or qwinsta, what output do you get?
