Shows the event viewer errors about the sessions printers?

Yes, it defaulted to that, but I checked and it is still selected.

Do you have the correct drivers installed on your TS?

Hello--

We have gone into a partnership with another company that needs to access a
Terminal Server on our network and then print back to their local printers.
We do it here with our two remote offices on separate subnets, but for some
reason it won't work with our partner.

When we try to manually add a printer from the remote session logged on as
the client, the "drop-down list" does not even show their TS session.

We are speculating that there is a limitation on their firewall, but we are
not sure. As I mentioned, we remote in from other locations and it works.

Both our network and our partner's are running Windows 2003.

Many thanks,
