Hi--

Is the Shutdown option you're referring to in the remote session or on their local computer? I'd understood that they were choosing Shut Down from the remote session's Start menu in order to disconnect from their session. Can you please clarify?

Hi,

The problem is while disconnecting the terminal server not in their desktop.
I removed sutdown option temporarily using group policy, any other
suggestions for resolving the issue ?
