yes the print job doesn't make it into the users folder, it just goes into the users folder (\\<server>\users)?

This is telling me that it is mapping Z: to their home which is what it is supposed to do.

In order to get this software to work Trans-Micro (the makers of Check Factory) have a detailed procedure that allows multiple Terminal Server users to run the software at the same time.
Here is the setup procedure that should allow the software to print to the correct client printer (which I have followed):
01: Install the Check Factory Workstation program at the TS console (logged in as administrator) via Add/Remove Programs
02: Create a Users folder under the root C: and share it giving everyone full permissions. Map this folder to Z:
03: Add a printer and show the port as
New port - Local - Z:\LFECF000
Call the printer Check Factory
04: Under Manage Computer/users
Set each users TS Home Profile to connect to:
Z: \\"TS name"\users\"users name"
(Where TS name = our Ts server name and user name = the user)
(This should cause Check Factory to print its info to Z:LFECF000 and then it calls up its program where the user selects the form layout they need and the printer they wish to print to (usually their local desktop printer) and then the program prints the info with the form.)
This should allow each user to use the previously created Check Factory printer when they print a form and the created files that the program writes are in their respective home directories.
No matter how I try and/or how many times I recreated all the above steps the created printer prints its 'Z:\LFECF000' file to the root Z: (C:\Users\)
Does anyone have any idea why and how can I get it to look at the Home directory path Z: for each user?
