I'm stumped, what is Backoffice Remote Users? Is this on a SBS server or something?

Users are members of the 'BackOffice Remote Users' group and I have tried adding this group manually to 'Allow logon to terminal services' through secpol.msc (at the prompting of PSS who are now involved). Ivan from PSS is also stumped.

In Terminal Services Configuration the licensing mode shows as 'User' but she's still behaving as if in 'Remote Desktop for Administration'.

I don't see any mention in there of adding users to the local remote desktop users group......As well, you did install terminal services through add/remove program, windows components correct?

Even though Terminal Services is installed the server is acting like 'Remote Desktop', 2 sessions and Admins only. I've just been in (remote) and removed the tick from the TS win component, used Petri notes to enable RD again, then put TS back, all as Domain Administrator. She's still acting as RD only.

I've run RSOP against her and cannot see any policy which may be causing it.

She's a member of an SBS2000 domain but I know of no reason why that would be affecting it.
