Do you have other (thin) clients which do not show the problem?
If so, what is the difference between the ones that disconnect and
the ones that don't? Are they on the same network? Same switch /
router?
Is the problem independent of the user account used to log on? I.e.
does it happen to all users on these 2 thin clients? And the same
users do not have a problem on other clients?
Does the session disconnect when the users are actively typing, or
only when they have been idle for some time?
Have you checked the configuration of the TS with regard to session
limits on active and idle sessions? This can be configured on the
TS, in a Group Policy or the domain account.

Hi,.
I hope someone here can help me.
I have a windows 2003 SBS system with a Windows 2000 additional
domain controller. We also have a Windows 2000 Terminal Server
in application server mode. TS Licensing in installed and
activated on the Win2k Domain controller.
Since the install of the SBS system I have a problem with two
separate thin client terminals exhibiting the same fault. I have
replaced the thin client hardware and the fault has remained in
place.
What happens is that when the user logs on after nine/ten
minutes the session stops responding and the session is hung on
the terminal. I have to reset the terminal hardware to get the
device to re-connect, once re-connected the session connects to
the original disconnected session with no data loss.this
continues for another nine/ten mins, at twhich point the session
hangs again.
I've exhausted all the things I can think of here and would
really appreciate help from the collective wsidom!
Regards,
Mick
