You have already answered your own question :-)
If you don't want to put the whole domain in the Intranet Zone, you
can put only the Terminal Server in it instead.

Dear All,.
I have a problem with my Vbscript which I'm trying to run on my
Win2003 SP1 in application mode. The vbscript is called by a
batch file, when ever I run the batch file the vbscript starts
but the user is prompted to click on the run button. How can I
make the VBscript run without prompting the user.
I also noticed that when I put my domain *.domain.com under IE
Local Intranet trusted sites, the scripts executes without
prompt.
Thank you
