License server on same machine as Terminal Services: possible?

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Hello,

I've got some 2003 Terminal Services machines. The IT deparment is saying it's not possible to install Terminal Services Licensing Server on the same machine where Terminal Services exists i.e. keep the two on seperate machines. It's desirable to have them on the same machine at a site we have. I read in a MS help file that it is possible to install them both on the same machine.

Is this possible indeed? What are some things I should be concerned about or watch out for? The machines are not AD controllers, just regular servers.

Thanks!

Chris Smith
