Cannot connect to Windows Server 2003 with Remote Desktop on the console

Hello,
i had the problem, that i couldn't connect anymore to a windows server
2003 with remote desktop using the console (trying mstsc /console and
tsmmc.msc from the w2k3s tools) i had the error:

Error connecting to existing session for Administrator (Id 0) The
operation completed sucessfully.

in german:
Herstellen der Verbindung bei der Anmeldung fehlgeschlagen
Fehler beim Herstellen einer Verbindung mit der vorhandenen Sitzung
für Administrator (Id 0).Der Vorgang wurde erfolgreich beendet.

(Which is funny because 'successfully' is not the right word :-)
If i connect without the /console switch, it works. After searching a
while i found a good link:

http://groups.google.de/group/microsoft.public.windows.server.sbs/browse_frm/thread/898934dc87dc8c8/5d128445a502a54d

Following that it was working again, after i restarted the Windows
server 2003 (by a present friend) and (he) logged directly in with
this Administrator account. After that i could log in again remotely
with console.
The problem was surely caused by UltraVNC, which i installed before.
But even after uninstalling
VNC, the problem was there till i did like discribed above.

Yours,
franc

.
