Remote Desktop for Win 2003 Just Quit!

Either I am loosing it or there are ghosts in the machine. Last week
I was here seeking help to get a user to be able to use remote desktop
to our server. I was able to get her setup and everything was just
fine. I first set this up on my test server and everything was
working just fine.
Today I went to use Remote Desktop and I started getting the error
The Client could not connect to the remote computer
Remote connections might not be enabled on the computer.....
I did a search of the MS Knowledge Base and found a new document dated
May 14th referring to a hot fix for Windows XP. Well I tried to
connect with my XP machine and my Vista machine and both would not
connect to my test server. I tried to connect to another server at
another client and I could connect just fine.
Is there a Service Pack for Windows 2003 server that has come down
that might have killed my Remote Desktop connection?
Any other ideas?
Thanks
Ron
