Access is working fine (except for the wizards i need to add).
I cannot uninstall since Office uninstall is with the same
program which installs... which is not running!

You mean that Access was installed first, and then Terminal
Services? Then it's not going to work.
You must install TS first, before installing any applications.
There's a warning about this when you install TS.
The only thing you can do now is to completely uninstall Access
(and any other applications that were installed before TS),
reboot, and re-install the applications while the server is in
install mode.

yes, i followed the instructions but still no success.
it was installed before the server was set as terminal server
and now i cannot add 'access wizards'
