This is a problem with your Windows CALs, not your TS CALs.
Check in Control Panel - Licensing applet and make sure that you
have the appropriate number of Windows CALs and that you have
configured the correct licensing mode for your server.

Hi all..
This is a unique problem. I am well aware of the 2 user limit
for TS Admin Mode.
I have win2k server and I cant log on. There are no open
session, other than console.
There are two errors:
___Terminal Servioces Warning___
The Terminal server has reached the maximum allowed number of
connections.
And behind it:
___Logon Message___
The system cant log you on.
The system has reached its licensed logon limit.
Please try again later.
Someone must know whats going on here.
All network connections are fine.
