Re: Terminal services Roaming Profiles

Are you using these setting in your GPO?
Computer Configuration - Administrative templates - Windows
components - Terminal Services
"Set path for TS Roaming Profiles"
"TS User Home Directory"

From the description:
"To use this setting, type the path to the network share in the
form \\Computername\Sharename. Do not specify a placeholder for
user alias, because Terminal Services automatically appends this at
logon."

I am having issues with Roaming Profiles and Home folders saying
the user does not have the appropiate permissions / security
rights. I have looked around on the internet to find info, but
everything I read assumes you are in a domain environment. The
options in Group Policy are different for Workgroups than for a
Domain. I configured the share without subfolders. I then
configured the Profile redirection within each users settings
using D:\share\%username % D being a separate drive on the same
server. I did the same for the Home folders. Everything I read
said that Windows would create the share with the appropriate
permissions, but to no avail I am getting this error.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
