My guess is it's a screen size issue. She's logging in with a different
size screen which is causing her icons her to move.

I have a user who logs into the Terminal Services Server from both the
office and her home via VPN. She likes to have her icons arranged in a
certain order and she's stated that every once in a while (i.e.
inconsistent) when she logs in her icons are not where she left them.
I checked her settings and she neither has Auto Arrange or Arrange to
Grid nor any other arrangement option set, and she swears that no one
else is allowed to use her account. Since it's happening infrequently,
I can't lock down a cause, but I was hoping someone else has seen this.
And let me tell you, you're probably right. We'll check that out,
thanks.
